Thermal Paper Meaning:
Thermal paper is a special type of paper with a coating that changes colour when exposed to heat. Is thermal paper reusable?
Till paper rolls is not reusable because its surface coating contains chemicals that undergo irreversible colour changes when exposed to heat. When the printhead of a thermal printer heats the surface of the paper, the coating changes colour to reveal an image or text. This colour change process is
unidirectional and cannot be restored to its original state once printing is complete, so it cannot be used twice. In addition, till printer rolls are subject to environmental influences such as heat, sunlight or friction that may cause the pattern or text to gradually fade, further limiting the possibility of reuse.

How do you take care of thermal paper?

1. Avoid high temperature: store thebilling roll paper in a cool, dry environment, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, because the thermal cash register paper will change colour when it is hot.
2. Prevent humidity: a humid environment will affect the quality of thermal paper, resulting in paper curling or deformation, so the storage environment should be kept dry.
