Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of Thermal Paper, Carbonless Paper, Label Stickers with more than 18 years of export manufacturing experience.

What about the lead time?
Mass production time needs 2-3 weeks.

What if my paper size is not listed on your website?
We have a variety of sizes to choose , currently we only list some common sizes on the website, and we support customized sizes. If you need other sizes, please send an email to kellyhu@sailingpaper.com.

How to arrange the product to delivery?
We have two ways of shipping, one is delivery to your forwarder, our factory is in Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, you can arrange your forwarder to pick up the goods at the factory, or we ship directly to your forwarder. The other one is direct delivery by us to your port by air/ship, you are responsible for customs clearance and pick up when the products arrive at the port!

What are the payment methods for ordering products from your company?
We support T/T, PayPal, L/C, etc. For large orders, support advance payment 30%, 70% balance payment before shipment.
