STEP 1

Coating (CB/CF/CFB Paper Production)

The base paper is coated into upper paper (CB), lower paper (CF), and middle paper (CFB) respectively, and a dye microcapsule layer or a developer layer is coated to form a writing function.

STEP 2

Drying and Curing

After coating, the paper passes through a high-efficiency drying system—such as hot air or infrared dryers—to quickly remove moisture and cure the coating layers.

This ensures the microcapsules and developer are firmly fixed on the paper surface, preventing smudging or layer separation during usage.

STEP 3

Jumbo Roll Rewinding

After coating and drying, the ncr carbonless paper will be rewound into a jumbo roll using high-precision rewinding equipment.

During this process, the paper will be classified and stored according to different coating types (CB, CF, CFB), and the tension control system will ensure that the rolls are tight and uniform to avoid wrinkles or deviations in subsequent processing.

Slitting and Rewinding
